To take the best care of your wood, you can treat it with natural oils that you have on hand at home such as Olive Oil or Walnut Oil, using a soft cloth for application. These oils will nourish, but not permanently soak into the wood, so if you wash them off you must reapply them. Please note adding oil may darken the tone of the wood. We recommend using coasters for drinks, the finish may mark when put in contact with hot drinks or liquid. Blot any spillage immediately with a dry cloth, do not use chemical cleaners.
